Your purchase grants one individual or one studio/company a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use this software.

This license and the rights it grants may not be assigned, transferred, or resold without prior written permission from devi ever : fx.

You may

• Install it on computers owned or controlled by the licensee.

• Use it in personal and commercial audio productions.

• Sell and distribute music or audio created with it without royalties.

• Keep reasonable backup copies.

You may not

• Share, upload, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software files.

• Include the software in another product or download.

• Claim the software itself as your own work.

Proof of license

Your purchase receipt is proof of license. No activation is required.

Termination

devi ever : fx may terminate this license by written notice if the licensee materially breaches these terms. This license automatically terminates if the purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back, unless devi ever : fx agrees otherwise in writing.

Upon termination, the licensee must immediately stop using the software and delete all copies under their ownership or control. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to devi ever : fx.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the copyright owner is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
