Refunds

Digital downloads aren’t returnable in the same way a pedal is, so purchases are normally final once the download has been delivered, except where the law or the checkout provider’s policy says otherwise.

If something went wrong

If you bought the same plugin twice, were charged incorrectly, or the plugin does not work as described and we cannot get it working, email within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address used for the order and your receipt or transaction number. We will either fix the problem or issue a refund.

Please check the compatibility information on the product page before buying. An operating system, plugin format, or host that is not listed as supported is not considered a product defect.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and may be processed by the checkout provider. Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that the law gives you.
