These are the basic purchase terms for downloadable audio plugins sold by Devi Ever, doing business as devi ever : fx.
Purchasing and delivery
The price, currency, and checkout provider are shown before you pay. Your order is complete when the checkout provider confirms payment. Digital products are delivered through the download or access information provided after purchase.
Software license
Your use of the plugin is governed by the full End User License Agreement included with the software. It explains what the license allows and what it does not. Please read it before purchasing.
Compatibility and updates
Please check the supported operating systems, plugin formats, and hosts listed on the product page before buying.
Updates to the same Core plugin are included at no additional charge when released. That does not promise that every future operating system, plugin format, or host will be supported forever.
The legal part
The checkout provider may apply its own purchaser terms to the transaction. The full EULA covers the software license, warranties, and limits of liability. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
